Studio Pottery Anthropomrphic Mouse Mama & Baby Figurine, Stamped
I researched this adorable figurine several times. It seems evident that it's handmade and there is a signature that is familiar to me but I couldn't identify it. Mama mouse is dressed up, complete with bonnet, and pushing her baby in it's carriage, covered with a detailed blanket. I don't think this piece is ordinary clay. It seems a bit harder in texture but I'm not sure the material. I guess it's one of those fun mystery pieces that I'm sure has a place in a collection somewhere. I'll keep looking. In the meantime, thank you for looking! oh and it's a little over 3" tall, 3" deep and 2" wide.
