Studio Art Pottery Apple Mug, Deep Blue, Signed & Dated, Large Artistic Handle

This beautiful Studio Art Pottery Apple Mug is a great gift or addition to a collection of handmade pottery. The mug features a deep blue/teal glaze and a large apple incised on it, colored with rust red and green. The handle is large for easy gripping and has an interesting split decorative lower portion where it attaches to the cup. It has a 3.2 inch diameter and stands at 4.8 inches tall, with a weight of 13.9 ounces. The mug is signed and dated 2009 by the artist, Susan S. Rhides, and was created in Winchester, Virginia. The mug is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
