Sterling Silver Fidget Ring Hand Make Marked Hammered Stacked Layered Two Tone Size 5

This ring is in great condition. It is signed by the artist as well as marked 925. This was tested and confirmed for the large base ring and the central spinning ring. The gold tone spinning rings test positive for gold but it is unknown if they are solid or plate. The ring is approximately standard US size 5. It weighs 7.39 grams.
