Stegall Pottery Stoneware Coffee/Tea Mug, "PAPA", Navy/Denim Blue/Cream Glazes

This Stoneware Coffee or Tea Mug is from the nameplate series by Stegall Pottery (Alan and Nancy Stegall). It features three glazes: the top is a rich navy, followed by a speckled denim blue, finishing with a cream. The mug has a capacity of 10 ounces and an applied name plate with the word "PAPA" incised. The Stegalls created their pottery in Erwin, Tennessee, but have retired and will no longer be making these heartfelt mugs. It is a substantial piece with a height of 4.2" and length of 4.9 inches, weighing in at 1 pound. This is perfect for any Papa!

The mug is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks or signs of wear.
