Star Amethyst Rhinestone Faux Pearl Vintage Bracelet 1922 1940 C

In near mint condition a beautiful 7.5 inch signed bracelet. Bracelet is gold plated with 5 links in an Art Nuevous design with purple rhinestones and cream faux pearls in a high polish and textured swirl. Star Staret vintage costume jewelry was a Chicago based company Star Novelty Jewelry Co., Inc with a head office at 322 South Franklin Street, began making costume jewelry in 1922. Originally, they marked jewelry pieces (1922-1940) as “Star”. However, after a trial with Gabrielle Chanel in the 1940s, the company changed its name to Staret. The bracelet is signed Star on hook over clasp.
