Small Decorative Plates Set of 2

I translated the words on the back of the plates. The translator said handmade in dry rope with enamel and gold. They are textured. I think one bird is a parrot and the other a peacock. Very pretty and colorful. They each measure approximately 5 1/2 inches across.
