Signed and dated, on good condition no chips or cracks. Glaze and finish is good. Piece is signed J Parsley. Perfect size to hold cake candle. Measurements are 5 7/8” wide, 1 1/4” tall, 1” depth. From studio in Cincinnati Ohio. Has nice ruffled edge design.
