Royal Thai Cuisine Restaurant Since 1976 Dragon California Stoneware Crock Jar Vase
In good condition. Does not have any chips or cracks. Measures 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches in diameter. This jar is a vintage promotional item produced during the 1980s and is stamped on the bottom with the name of Sumeth (Sammy) Tila, one of the founding family members of the restaurant chain. Royal Thai Cuisine was founded in 1976 by the Tila family, who were instrumental in introducing Thai food to the United States. In the 1980s, their restaurants became trendy destinations for Hollywood stars.
