Richard Birkett Signed 1991 Post Modern Tabletop Clock Sculpture AS IS NO CLOCK
Richard Birkett is known for creating unique, sculptural clocks from found objects and upcycled materials. This particular clock exhibits the artist's characteristic splatter paint technique, predominantly in black and white. It incorporates various elements like a flexible hose, geometric shapes, figurines and a spring with a small sphere at the top, resembling an antenna. In AS IS, for parts condition due to having the clock missing. There is some paint chips loss throughout the piece. Signed on the inside clock housing and dated ‘91. Measures 13 inches tall from base to the antenna and 12 inches long. This piece will need some care,cleaning and restoration.
