René SIGNED Ceramic Studio Pottery Hand Thrown Lidded Container Drip Glaze
8"x3.5". Ceramic hand thrown art pottery lidded container with a white, black, and light blue glaze. Signed by artist on the bottom, signed René. Artists style was not tidy and streamlined - there are some call-outs that are natural to the piece. First, the thick glaze poured onto the piece has gathered along the bottom of the container, so it has some “lumps” along the bottom edge. The inside rim has some glaze pops where glaze didn’t totally cover. Also, the lid just sits on top - doesn’t have a lip to catch lid, so it tends to slightly slide. However, these are all original to the piece! No other issues! Check shipping costs, it is quite heavy!
