Signed MCM ABBEDNAES Ceramic Bowl, DENMARK, Blue Decorative Glaze READ

7”x3.25”. Abbednaes pottery bowl, made in Denmark. Bowl has awesome abstract and organic design in its blue and brown glaze. Signed on bottom. Abbednaes was a Danish pottery studio established in 1952 by Kurt Olsen in Dianalund, west of Copenhagen. Known for Mid-Century Modern and 1970s Scandinavian styles, it produces hand-painted, functional red clay stoneware often featuring bright orange, blue, or green glazes. *NOTE* bottom of inner bowl has a few raised specs that have been left in the making process, small pieces of clay or something similar stuck in the glaze. Also, there is a chip in the bottom rim of the bowl. Please see photos.
