Rango "Treasure Turtles"
This little cutie was the subject of an Art Hangout with the side quest of : sunshine. When the sunshine comes in through the window onto these little shelf sitters...magic happens. Just like a chameleon...they will change colors (at 88°). Meet: Rango His shell is painted with purple and green thermochromatic powders. We selected a millefiori bead for the head, used a spacer bead for the top of his shell. Used some rhinestones for his front flippers and seed bead beaks for his back flippers. His tail is a little tiny rhinestone. When the shell heats up to 88° watch his shell change from purple/green 💜💚 to blue/yellow 💙💛. These little turtles are great to buy for yourself or to bring joy to someone else as a small little gift. Note there may be air bubbles on the inside and outside due to the nature of the process. Just gives the turtles character. Approx 2"x1"
