Provincial ceramic snowball Noggins figurines on fence 9" x 8" VTG

Approx. 9 inches tall by 8 inches wide by 5.5 inches wide. Vintage. Two anthropomorphic snowballs play on a brown, log fence. One sits on the top rail of fence appears to be singing. Other snowball is standing on its head at the bottom of the fence with its feet on the top of fence. Tall, ceramic, snowy pine tree is behind fence. 2 cardinals, one on fence post, one on the ground. All are covered with snow and iridescent glitter. Snowball noggins are ceramic heads with pipecleaner arms and legs which are poseable. Hands and feet are ceramic, red and green gloves and boots.
