Paperweight With Dried Flowers Signed W. Rolfe . It is 3 3/4” across by approx 1 3/4 l tall. I think is is a resin piece because it is not cold to the touch like glass. The paperweight was previously owned . I can see one small scratch . I tried to show in the photos. Please review photos .
