Paperweight Red Floral Starfish Shape Round Glass Paper Weight

Not sure what the red inside is supposed to be, but drew me in. Looked almost like a starfish or floral grouping. See images for closeups and details. Some air bubbles in random places. may have minor scuffs or light scratches from use and display.
