This is a vintage 2003 original artwork titled "A Lot of Bull" by artist Jane Billman. It comes with paperwork describing the artwork technique, and a certificate of authenticity. The matted piece measures 10x10. The artwork itself is approximately 6.5"x6. This was framed at one point. The backing can be removed from the matte if so desired. No major flaws.
