Antique Northwood carnival glass compote ~ electric amethyst or purple and blue ~ basketweave outer design and wild strawberry in bowl ~ beautiful colors ~ the pics were taken on a dark background, if you hold the bowl to daylight the brilliant colors are not seen but in normal lighting in the house they are striking ~ there are no chips or cracks ~ there is a dimple on the underside of the rim, it is smooth and appears to be a pop done during firing ~ measurements in pics
