This is a 1974 Paragon Needlecraft kit, Kit No. 0217 (02761X), designed by Carol and Don Henning. It's the charming "Whistle-stop" scene - a puffing black steam locomotive pulling into the little red Cedar Valley depot, complete with lantern, baggage cart, and that field of dandelions. Condition: New Old Stock, Never Opened This kit is still in its original shrink wrap. It has never been started. What is inside - all complete: • Stamped picture on Paragon's superb Homespun fabric (50% polyester / 50% rayon) approx. 22" x 26" - the blue design is printed and ready to stitch • 100% Orlon acrylic yarn - all colors included, in original ties (see photo) • Original needle • Complete easy-to-follow instructions and stitch diagram including most popular stitches Designed to fit a standard 18" x 22" frame when finished. Perfect for a train room, depot collection, or Americana wall.
