This piece is a Native American sand painted, clay pottery spirit bear made by the famous Navajo Indians of Arizona. This unique pottery figure from Native heritage has a real sand painted finish. It is intricately decorated with real sand painted designs like those seen in the Navajo Yei ceremonies. Using symbols and colors, common to the southwest and Indian or Native American heritage, this is a beautiful Native handcraft, perfect for collectors or rustic home decor.
