Meet Your Seller
I'm a retired teacher trying to clean out my house of all the stuff accumulated from four generations of my family. My goal in life is to not leave a mess for my family to clean up after I die! I've sold on other platforms for a few years now, but after watching Joselyn's videos I decided to try NikNax. I love to see thrifting videos since I've always shopped at thrift stores, passing on that love to my daughter. I also love to see what others have to sell and have been known to buy some things that I just can't pass up, of course adding to more "stuff." All of my items come from a smoke-free home. We have one cat that I try to keep away from things that I'm selling, especially clothing or other items that could collect cat dander.

McCall's Party Apron UNCUT Pattern - Vintage - Luis Estevez for Quaker Oats
I found this among sewing things I inherited from family. Based on the handwriting on the outside of the folded pattern, I believe my grandmother saved it. Note the spelling of "apron." My grandmother was an excellent seamstress but not so great at spelling! ;-)
The pattern is printed on heavier paper than the usual pattern tissue paper. It is obviously old and very creased but can still be used to cut fabric. I assume it may have been through mail order or came inside a box of Quaker Oats, given the cardboard cutout of the picture. As you can see from the pictures, she used ribbon to attach the picture and pattern together. The pattern is very cute and would make a beautiful apron.
