Made in Japan Bisque Doll with Blonde Hair and Blue Bow / Jointed Arms and Frozen Legs / Vintage

This doll is in fair condition. There are some markings all over the doll, clearly seen in pictures. I have seen this doll listed as a Kewpie or Frozen Charlotte doll, but not sure it's technically either one. This doll measures approximately 4 1/4" tall and 2" across.
