Lock Washer tin cardboard container EMPTY

This item is a vintage B&H steel spring lock washer canister manufactured by Butcher & Hart Manufacturing Company in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Type: Advertising tin with cardboard body and metal screw-on lid. Contents: Originally held an assortment of spring lock washers. Significance: A sought-after item for collectors of vintage industrial advertising memorabilia. Condition: Vintage, typically showing signs of wear and tear, such as surface oxidation. The lid fits on great but does have some rust. The cardboard canister is in good condition. One side has a piece of the advertisement messed up (see pic)
