Letter openers TWO, a vintage serrated from England, a stainless from Italy w/ruler

Both are approximately 9 inches long. Stainless steel Latama brand, made in Italy has 3.5 inch ruler on one side of the handle. Other side of handle is simple grid. Stainless with rounded, serrated edge and red plastic handle says "Pat. Number 812647" on the base of the blade.
