Japanese Hand painted Handmade Candle

This handmade candle measures 4.5 inches long. From my research is appears to be a Japanese hand painted candle. It is signed near the bottom. There is a hole on the bottom to be put on a stand. It is a pretty display piece that comes in it's original box for safe storing.
