Beige casual style pants from Izod 100% cotton  Sz 10 machine wash zip button front close pleated front 2 front 1 rear button pocket Approximate measurements: laying flat;  30 inch inseam; 13 inch rise; 14.5 inch waistband; 42 inches from top to bottom along side seam I saw a couple of very small thread pulls under the zipper - you could cut them or if you wear longer shirts they won't show  - they aren't obvious - mentioning for full disclosure - still a very nice pair of pants
