Harry Sternberg Design Glass Canister Jar with Lid

This MCM canister has been reverse painted white with a burgundy, black, and gold design by artist Harry Sternberg. His signature is seen on the side of the piece. The lid has been done in a gold tone finish. There is some wear to the gilding, as shown in the photos, but there are no chips or cracks to the glass. It measures 7 1/2" in height and 5 3/4" in diameter.
