Vintage never used fabric novelty item. This was leftover store stock from closed shop circa 1970s. Unmarked but appears to be foreign imported item? Features a double faced girl. She has happy/sad expressions on each side. The happy side has a snap button compartment pouch for holding smalls such as menus, letters, recipes, ect. Nice condition. Minor spotting and fraying. Size is 26" from foot to top of hanger.
