Beautiful Mandala themed ring holder, picked up at my local thrift store. Has one small flea bite on scalloped edge you cannot see it unless you are looking for it. Is initialed TLO, I am not familiar with the signature. **I have added pictures of the flea bite and a skip in the glaze.
