Patchwork Seed Bead Beaded Fabric 71” Project Repurpose Craft Upcycle

This piece could be saved if you know how to clean what I think is silk maybe. It looks like a splashed grease stain. The only other damages is to the tassels as pictured. It measures about 71” x 13.5”. The beaded portion is about 29” x 5.5”. The tassels are each about 1.5”. Feel free to send an offer!
