Flocked Ceramic Snow Covered Fir Tree

This is a cool piece. I wonder if it was a hobbiest piece? It appears the tree was painted a shade of green, white puff paint may have been added for snow on the boughs and on ground around trunk and the finale........flocking! This tree has a purposeful slight bend of the boughs near the top as though it may be in the wind. I'm sort of intrigued by it. Could be used all through winter and at Christmas time. It measures approx 7.5"H, 3" at base, 8 Oz
