Beach Side Artisans (Carol)
@beachsideartisanscarol
Hello Everyone!! We live on Estero Island in Florida, also known as Fort Myers Beach. We have been here for nearly 50 years! In 2022 Hurricane Ian came through our beautiful island and pretty much destroyed the quiet charm of the island. All the sweet old cottages were literally swept into the Gulf of Mexico. We, unfortunately decided to stay and ride out the storm, a bad decision in so many ways! We found ourselves sad and depressed and decided we better do something that will help us cope. We always have loved the beach and picking shells. So, instead of putting them in many jars around the house we decided to turn them into pieces of art. We like to repurpose thrift store items and turn them into our own works of art. In the near future we hope to add many more pieces of art, not only shell art but also some beautiful resin art and wood art! We also have other beautiful items such as pottery and glass. Thanks for visiting our store! Carol & Tom

Fenton Cameo Opalescent Ruffled/Tulip Shaped Vase - VTG - RARE NEW LOW SB
In my research I have determined that this is from the 1920's as Fenton made depression glass in this color in 1920. I could not find a cameo vase only the amber vase which tells me it is a rare find! It is a very elegant vase in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There are a few surface scratches on the inside of the vase due to its age and use. The vase measures approximately 7 1/4" tall by approximately 7 1/4" wide at the mouth.I do combine shipping if purchasing more than one item from my shop. I will refund any and all overages at the time of printing the shipping label.
