Stunning vintage Japanese porcelain ginger jar in a deep, rich cobalt blue glaze. This piece is in exceptional, "time capsule" condition. Design: Features a vibrant hand-decorated Peacock and Peony motif with intricate white cherry blossom accents. Condition: Pristine. No chips, cracks, or crazing. The gold gilding is sharp and bright with zero rubbing or fading except for tip of handle. Markings: Authenticated with the gold "Kutani Japan" stamp on the base.
