I’ve taken a picture of the battery compartment so you can see that it is clean. You can also buy a cord that goes with it. I do not have the cord, but it works well with a C batteries, it will hold two watches as it spins, and then it has a place for three more watches. It is in a beautiful wood case no chips or cracks.
