Disney Lady & the Tramp 50th Anniversary Watch in Tin VTG Special Edition AS IS

This is a vintage Disney Lady and the Tramp 50th Anniversary Special Edition watch in a collector's tin. Both the watch and tin are marked. The watch made by SII Marketing International. It measures approximately 9" long. There are a couple of condition issues with the band as shown in pictures. The faux leather is peeling in spots. I suspect it is heat damage from storage. The watch is untested. It needs a battery.
