I love “fostering” treasusures then offering them up for “adoption” to others who will love and care for them like I would (for a reasonable adoption fee!)🤓 I love learning about the history of pieces. Learning to identify and value items is one of my passions as well.

Diana Porcelain Woman with Jug Handcrafted in Spain Lladro-Style And Colors-Discontinued

The piece is fine porcelain from Spain. She is hand painted in the traditional style (think Lladro.) Figurine is 11.5” tall. She is in excellent condition and absolutely gorgeous. Maker's mark is on the bottom. It is stamped "Diana". and numbered. See last two photos.There are outlines of felt pads on the bottom. It would probably be advisable to replace these pads to prevent damage to the surface it will sit upon. The following is from company literature. “Diana porcelain figurines, handcrafted in Valencia, Spain, between the 1960s and roughly 1960–1999, are high-quality, glossy, hand-painted collectibles. They are often characterized by tall, elegant, and stylized female figures, sometimes compared to competitors like Nao (a Lladro brand) or Mirmasu. The brand, often marked "Diana," was produced in the Valencia region.”
