Crumbled Foil Owl Picture Foil Art Vintage 1960's 70's (B)

I have always been fond of crumpled foil art but this one is one of the nicest I have seen. Very well done and in excellent condition. Bright Orange, yellow, green on a black background. Framed in an inexpensive glass front plastic frame from the time frame and measures 9 1/2 by 12 inches.
