Censer Engraved Brass Bowl with Cartouches, Figures & Hieroglyphics - unique

Engraved Brass Bowl Censer with Cartouches, Figures & Hieroglyphics - unique. I suspect this is quite old, has a round bottom so may move or a bit unstable. The person that I originally purchased it from said it was for burning herbs to help people with ailments. Condition is "Used" with definite signs of burn marks to rim and interior, there are ashes within, slight bit of tarnish, it is heavy/solid (this seems to be the genuine item). Photos are part of the description and please ask questions prior to purchase.
