This piece is a vintage brush McCoy pottery vase. It is model 740 with a Mac green sea foam glaze featuring a floral design. It is from the mid 20th century. It does have one chip on the rim as featured in the pictures this piece stands 7 inches tall and is 4 1/2 inches wide.
