The name Beetle's Rucksack is a shout out to the old cartoon Beetle Bailey. A favorite of mine and unfortunately gives you a great idea of my age. I believe in leaving the item in the condition I have found them since 'The stories are in the schmutz' and patina. I hope I have an item that brings back fond memories for you or a loved one. Please remember that glass should be left in the box to acclimate to your climate before the box is opened. Extreme temp changes can cause items to break. Bloomingville Terracotta to Reactive Glaze Flower Pot
This is a gorgeous piece. Since it is handmade and has a reactive glaze, no two will be alike. It has a crackle finish and is very glossy. Then there are matte glaze swooshes on the outside. I took some up close photos hoping you could see what I see. This is just a beautiful piece of pottery, all the way around. Please refer to the photos for measurements and condition. It is in Excellent Used condition. It also appears that this pot can be used to hold water, but I have not tried it. It would be gorgeous with a potted plant or used as a tool jar in the kitchen or craft room. Thank you for considering Beetle's Rucksack!
