Bethany Lowe Design Vintage "Halloween Witch" Figurine Trinket box

This is a Bethany Lowe design- It is of a girl dressed up as a witch with her broom stick. She carries an owl basket. She is ready for Halloween! This is a trinket box. Very sweet indeed. This is being sold as used- it was displayed over the years during Halloween. It recently has been stored. Time for a new home. Please see photos as they help with the description of the condition. The hat to head area seem a bit messy, it came that way- I haven't done anything to it. There is some paint scuffs on the blue skirt- again I think that was intentional.
