This is a super nice coat - cute design on buttons and has fur collar I believe the collar is real fur, it certainly feels like it, but I'm not an expert and there are no tags to confirm - buy with that in mind It was a little dusty on the coat from being in storage, but most of that brushed off. ( on the coat part only, the collar was covered so it didn't get dusty) You may want to give it a freshen up at the drycleaner, but it could be worn as is. I don't think you can really tell that it was a bit dusty. Maybe around the one pocket a bit. I'm not sure what the fabric is, I've seen it before on vintage coats, but I can't recall the name. It reminds me of a rough terrycloth, but not quite. There are no material tags so I can't say exactly the content. I would dry clean this especially because of the fur collar the back has some nice accent seams/stitching on it Lining is in great condition, I see no imperfections no size tags so be sure to check measurements for fit overall the coat is in really nice condition, no obvious defects, imperfections or issues union label so this is true vintage Approximate measurements - laying flat: 22.5 inches from armpit to armpit across front, 36 inches from center back top to bottom edge
