Art Glass Penguin Figurine Paperweight Chip on Foot

Beautifully made Penguin in white, black and clear glass. Pontil on bottom but no markings. Sits uneven because the bottom was not cut level. There is loss of clear glass from one of the feet (see last 2 images - instead of rounded it has a right angled piece taken out and it is sharp). But it still displays very well. Dimensions: About 5" tall and 3 1/2" at its widest. Weighs 1 lb.
