Art Glass Hound Dog Puppy Figurine Glows Hand Blown Vintage

This is a vintage hand blown art glass hound dog figurine with a polished bottom. Glows under blacklight. Measures approximately 8.5" tall. There is a makers flaw on the top of his head, almost like a pontil mark. There are a couple of spots of scratches on his body. Please see photos for details. No chips or cracks.
