Art Deco Nephrite Jade & 14 ct Solid Gold Buddha Pendant, Charm

A vintage Buddha, wishing you good luck and good fortune. Fat little jade Buddha with a gold hat and good fortune on his back The hat has a small red stone set in the front. Generally good condition. It is marked 14K on the base. Tested as Nephrite. ( Jade & Nephrite cannot be identified on the basis of colour as both come in a variety of shades - for many years it was not realised they were two separate minerals but they do have very different thermal properties). It is a very traditional design . I believe it is somewhere between the 1930's and 1950's. He is an inch long, not including the bale .0.6 inch wide and 0.45 inch deep to the fattest part of his tummy.
