Measuring approximately 5.75 inches in diameter across the top rim and standing about 2.25 inches tall to the top of the center post, it is perfectly sized for a single large baking apple, sweet onion, or garlic bulb. The signature hollow central spike ensures your food bakes evenly from the inside out while capturing all the delicious, sugary juices in the deep well.
