This is VERY RARE Antique Portieux Vallerysthal, Blue Quilted Diamond Spooners...can also be a footed tumbler if you wish. The measurements are: Blue: 4.5/8" high and 3.25" diameter. It is a VERY RARE PV piece!! In great condition with no issues seen! The area that looks like a crack on the bottom of the blue piece is NOT a crack-just an area of glass that was darker blue opaline in the mix-like slag looks, for example.
