Antique Malmaison Bavaria Baby Blue And Gold Scalloped Plate With Gold Trim 9"D X 1"T, Great Additional To Cottage Core Decor
The plate appears to be a decorative porcelain plate, likely produced in the mid-20th century. The design features a scalloped edge with a light blue accent, a central light blue area, and gold leaf decorations. These types of plates were often used for serving desserts or as decorative items. Antique condition, see pictures for more details. No chips or cracks.
Such plates were popular during the mid-20th century, reflecting a taste for elegant and ornamental tableware. The gold leaf accents add a touch of luxury, while the delicate design makes it suitable for formal occasions. The Princess Victoria pattern from Herend is a similar style, known for its delicate floral designs and scalloped edges.
