Posed in a traditional studio, dressed in period attire and holding a slender stick or riding crop, giving a formal and refined appearance. The reverse features an ornate photographer's backmark, including a reference to a medal from the Paris Exhibition of 1878, helping date the card to the late 1800s. Photograph is in good condition.
