Antique Beatty & Sons (Ohio) Dew Drop/Hobnail Glass Tumbler, Aqua Blue, c. 1884
Add a touch of antique charm to your drinkware collection with this beautiful glass tumbler from A.J. Beatty & Sons of Steubenville, Ohio. (The company was in business from 1863-1891.) The round, aqua blue tumbler features a unique pointed hobnail pattern with 18 rows of 8 hobnails each, making it a true conversation starter. Crafted in 1884, this tumbler is a rare find for collectors and enthusiasts alike. Measuring 4 inches in height, 3 inches in width, and 2.6 inches in diameter, this handmade glass tumbler is both functional and decorative. The glossy finish and concentric circle soft hobnail base add to its overall appeal, while the item weight of 9.8 ounces ensures that it is easy to hold and use. This tumbler is a must-have for anyone who appreciates the beauty of antique glassware. The tumbler is in outstanding Antique condition. There are no chips or cracks. There is very little wear around the 'non-hobnail' section at the top. Please see the close up pictures. Thank you!
