Antique 1900 Imperial China Bavaria Cabbage Rose Porcelain Creamer/Pitcher
Offered for your consideration is a magnificent antique turn-of-the-century fine porcelain fluted milk / creamer pitcher. Meticulously manufactured in Bavaria, Germany, for the celebrated Imperial China Company export line circa 1890–1914, this investment-grade heirloom showcases an ultra-luxurious traditional Victorian cottagecore, romantic French country garden, or classic Grandmillennial lifestyle aesthetic. It coordinates flawlessly onto an active tea service tray, morning coffee bar layout, or premier antique porcelain display hutch shelf.
The fine translucent porcelain body features a stunning multi-paneled fluted silhouette curving gracefully downward into an undulating wavy scalloped base ring. The side is completed by a delicate sweeping loop handle with an integrated architectural lower thumb rest branch. The bright milk-white ground is exquisitely decorated with a lush underglaze floral transfer vignette depicting a trailing cluster of deep magenta cabbage roses, soft yellow garden tea roses, and delicate sprigs of purple blossoms. Exceptionally versatile, it serves beautifully for table service or as a charming decorative bud vase.
Condition: Excellent antique condition! The fine porcelain body remains structurally flawless, bright, and clean with absolutely no chips, cracks, structural hairline fractures, repairs, or internal milk staining. The floral decals remain wonderfully complete and sharp, and the base stands completely flat, level, and stable for active display or use. A beautifully preserved German porcelain survival.
Measurements: Tabletop creamer / milk pitcher scale. Stands approximately 4.75 inches tall x 4.25 inches wide from the tip of the pouring spout to the outer curve of the handle.
Markings: The underside base proudly preserves its authentic, pristine underglaze red-brown stamped factory hallmark, featuring the Imperial China crowned Lion Rampant motif standing beside the framed geographic registration text reading: "MADE IN / BAVARIA."
